Steps to Reproduce ::
- Complete the MediaWiki instalation upto the 'Name' page.
(Note : 'Ask me more questions.' radio button should be selected)
2)Select the 'Enable file uploads' check box under 'Images and file uploads' section.
- Observe the path text displayed on the 'Directory for deleted files:' field.

Expected Outcome ::
Path text should be consist either with the forward slash or with the backward slash.
