Add support to ApiQueryCategoryMembers to sort by page creation timestamp

Description

Hello!

I want to use api the query list=categorymembers to get list sorting by article creation time, but it just get me a list by updated time, and there isn't any option for getting list of stable page in sites with flaggedRevs extension, if i am wrong lets me know.
