Hey Guys,
i tried to upload a new version of this file:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:OECD.svg?
I chose the new file and filled in the changes etc.
When i click upload file nothing happens. After clicking several times i get this:
Internal Error

key 'acpq4sklqd9pve58tlq8hphdloujakd.' is not in a proper format
