You have to use the history link near the edit link inside the discussion page header: http://liquidthreads.labs.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Quentinv57&action=history, not the "View history" at the top of the page.

I think adding 'See also <history link>' text at the top would be good enough. Otherwise this is a wontfix - I don't think completely rebuilding the entire action=history on the LQT history page would be a good idea.
