Currently, files uploaded with the Upload Wizard have a blank "Comment" in the file history. The comment should be replaced by the first description, or a truncated version of it.

Guillaume, I like the idea of having a comment there, but it's not possible to use the description because there might be several different ones in different languages. Also, there appears to be little support for extracting one or the other.
That being said, someone already added in a "summary" field to the POST request, but that's not actually an accepted field in the API. So I just changed the field name.
