Currently all messages are hard coded in, and no localization is being done. Though the extension is still experimental, and localizers shouldn't translate the messages yet, at least the english messages should be entered. We can tell the localizers to ignore the extension for now.

Picked out most of the text strings (very start of bug 26575) into OpenStackManager.i18n.php
Not finished, messages not used anywhere in the project yet. Also, most have the same key. To be tidied up at a later date
Might do some more on this at a later date. Going off to do 1.17 work.
Possibly some dupe messages you want to tidy up :)
It's not in TW, so the half completedness of the migration of strings isn't much of an issue :)
