The earlier partial run was moved without regenerating the links in the "latest" directory, my bad. This should now be cleaned up. FYI I did not toss the partial runs but I did move them out of the way in preparation for the new set to kick off.
I cleaned this up for the other dead partial runs as well (ruwiki, dewiki).
