Description:
I have changed my rights to "reviewer" group then there errors appeared in the header's background:

This isn't a problem with FlaggedRevs, just on the flaggedrevs prototype wiki.

Per discussion on IRC, looks like the proxy list is missing from the prototype server.

$wgProxyList = "$IP/wmf-config/mwblocker.log";

Ok, created an empty mwblocker.log.

Looks like that's what en-wp/ did as well.
