Description:
When upgrading MW from 1.14 to 1.16 or 1.16.1 the table smw_subp2 is missing. The Mainpage of the Wiki isnot display and reports the error message:

MediaWiki internal error.

Exception caught inside exception handler

The Database has 56 tables before update and after update it has 63.
After executing the SMW_setup.php through the site http://wiki.*****/index.php/Spezial:SMW-Einrichtung (in english maybe: Spezial:SMW-Configuration) the table exist and the Mediawiki works.
The Database has 64 tables after executing the SMW_setup script.

This bug hasn't been updated for at least a year and it is unknown if this bug still relates the current SMW 1.8/SQLStore3.

Please feel free to reopen this bug again if it applies to SMW 1.8.

The bug does not apply to Store3. It does not have or need this table.
