'reviewer' and 'autoreviewer' are the rights relevant to *this* bug. The later will need to be defined beyond just enabling FlaggedRevs.

How is the extension to be configured?

Also, I didn't see 'autoreviewer' in the discussion link (looking superficially).

At the moment, the Wikimedia Foundation is not activating FlaggedRevs on any new wikis, pending further discussion on the extensions future.
