Today it was discovered that for some unknown reason local upload of files have been disabled at Swedish Wikisource.
This change haven't been requested or even discussed by the community of the wiki and we like to change it back and enable local upload on Swedish Wikisource again.

This was requested in bug 25904 by kaj at boondocks.se (adding to CC) and made by jeluf on 2010-11-14 (local revision 1326).

As Kaj states in the above message is Bug 25904 about the setup for Swedish Wikiversity and should not affect the Swedish Wikisource at all.
So I still request that you fix this and enable local upload on Swedish Wikisource again.
