In addition to bug 4597: Please allow filter of current usercontribs.

Maybe add a uctoponly param to list=usercontribs.

bug 4597 was fixed, but the functionality was never added to the API.

Several gadgets out there that enhance Special:Contributions with more options
either ignore or have to hide the "[_] Only show edits that are latest
revisions" checkbox since it can't be done through the API.
