Description

The page [[Special:Contributions]] has a option "Show contributions of new accounts only". I have not found a api query for this.

Maybe add a ucnewbies to list=usercontribs.

Per T220447: Split out or remove Special:Contributions/newbies functionality, functionality was removed from Special:Contributions, for the same reasons it should not be added to the api
