Screen shot - anonymous user generate random articles

Steps to reproduce:
Anonymous user click on the 'Random article' link.

Actual results:
Random article is not generated.
Note : Logged in user can generate random articles.

Expected results:
Anonymous user should be able to generate random articles.

Same gibberish here on the rc-en prototype. Not on other prototypes, but on every page so far on the rc-en prototype.

only shows garbage when not logged in.

File cache (confirmed by temporarily disabling the filecache on rc-en/) issue.

Looks like borked gzip.
