Description

All categories (even non HIDDENCAT ones) are hidden.

All categories (even non HIDDENCAT ones) are hidden as of today. (not sure exactly since which revision)

For example:
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/User:Krinkle?action=purge
Has several categories, but non are visible
