Steps to reproduce:

Logged in user navigates to the Wikimedia main page.
Generate random article and enable watchlist.
Perform some edit on the page and save the page.
Click on the 'My watchlist' link.

Actual results:
Help text is not displayed.

Expected results:
Help text(Legend: N - new page, m - minor edit, b - bot edit.) should display in between 'Watchlist options' and results.

Problem with the configuration. Assigning to pdhanda since she set it up.

I don't think this is a config issue, I have vague memories about this being removed because it was duplicate data (we now have the tooltips/abbr when you hover over).

Closing as invalid. Per my comment, Reedy confirms on his dev wiki and the same on test2.wikip.
