API: revert to old image

I have not a way to revert to an old image with the api. The corrosponding query is index.php?action=revert.

Maybe add an oldimage param to action=rollback or add a new module action=revert.

seems like something that should be done, but as we're in the middle of pushing 1.17 out the door, don't expect any immediate reaction.

That is ok, it is fine, when added in 1.18 or later.
