Steps to reproduce:

1. Logged in user navigate to wikimedia main page.
2. Click on the 'My preference' link.
3. Click on the 'Edit'.

Actual results:
Following options are not available in 'Advanced options' section.

1. Widen the edit box to fill the entire screen
2. Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary

Expected results:
