On index.php?title=redir&redirect=no, where the content is #REDIRECT [[another]], by filling the rating form and submit, I'm sent to index.php?title=redir and the content of [[another]] is shown (ie. &redirect=no)
I didn't test other params like &variant= or &uselang=, maybe the same thing will happen.

Probably redirects shouldn't be allowed to even be rated to begin with.
