Steps to reproduce:

  1. Logged in user navigates to main page(IE7 and IE8).
  2. Click on the 'Take me back' link.
  3. Click on the 'Click here to turn off the new features.'.
  4. Click on the 'Turn new features off' button.

Actual results:
Following database error displayed in IE7 and IE8 sporadically. (refer screenshot)

"A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "PrefSwitchSurvey::save". Database returned error "1146: Table 'test2wiki.prefswitch_survey' doesn't exist (10.0.6.44)".
