There is no way to get a url to deleted imagefile with the api.
The imagefile is known by the fa_storage_key (not archivename). But that key is not in api output and a url to that imagefile is also not present (needs token).

Seriously, what use case do you have for half of these bugs??
No use cases at the moment. But the review process for wmf wikis takes a while and so it is better to request the feature now, than request the feature when needed and getting it a year later...
In my opinion api.php should support at least all functionality from index.php. Now that is not in all cases, that why I creating some bugs.
Other bugs are in addition to similar function in similar modules.
No use case. We don't need to return arbitrary database fields just because they exist.
