Issue appears on both kuwiki and srwiki. Issue reported by dungodung on irc.

Namespaces with space in the namespace name appear as an underscore instead of a space when viewing the page. They do not appear as spaces when editing the page, when viewing history of page, or if the page does not exist.

It does not appear to be a cache thing, since issue is not present when page does not exist, but appears immediately on page creation.

Issue does not appear to happen on wikis not using lang converter.

Purging the page doesn't do anything. MAnually overriding namespace name with {{DISPLAYTITLE:...}} does work. Switching language preferences, and clicking the disable lang converter pref, does not affect this.
