After upgrading to 1.5, the Min Nan wiki no longer displays images uploaded to
own domain. e.g. http://zh-min-nan.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Newimages,
http://zh-min-nan.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Firefox

This may or may not be related to the hyphens in zh-min-nan.

Buglet in SiteConfiguration.php gave wrong upload path when image metadata was
built, leaving bogus entries. I've fixed the bug and rebuild the metadata table.

(May need to use ?action=purge on some affected pages.)
