When investigating users / vandals it's often annoying having to move back and forth since there's no navigational links on the page, only a form input field to be copied/pasted and having to construct the URL myself.

Except for "talk", how about we add similar navigation to all targets of the navigatuon itself (ie. add a similar heading like this one to block log, uploads, log and filter log)

The "filter log" is not in core, that should be handled by [[mw:Extension:AbuseFilter]]
