Please create a new mailing list info-ja-discuss@lists.wikimedia.org for internal discussion of OTRS response volunteers working on info-ja queue.

The requested list aims to facilitate members to communicate more efficiently on handling difficult tickets. The list is therefore requested to be private both on archives and distributions.

Although subscription should be moderated and upon approval, anyone may post to the list to contact and discuss by info-ja volunteers as whole together.

The creation of this list is supported by four current info-ja queue members at least, thus majority of the working volunteers.
