Image deletion/restore/reuploaded while rename are not handled

Description

In RenameUserJob.php is some special code for special cases. But there are only affected to revision/archive.

But images can also be restored or deleted or reuploaded while a rename is in process. That is missing. Please add that special case. Thanks.

Note to self - this refers to the RenameUserJob.php run() code.

This shouldn't be too hard for anyone with the time :)
