Inconsistent evaluation of titles of threads

Description

See attached screen shot:
The title of the thread as shown on the page, and the title of the thread
as shown in the URL in the permalink window (the central window) are inconsistent
with each other. As a result, the permalink URL would likely not work.

I suggest to use the same routine to evaluate the title string independent
of where and what it is being used for.

P.S.
The permalink window is shown when you click on the "more" link, and then
on the "lonk to" link which is shown once you have klicked "more"

The problem is that the MagicWord is rendered in the subject. Then again MagicWords exist to be rendered, so probably LQT is doing the correct thing here.

The permalink does work... Here is a proof:
