Description

Please move ExpandTemplates into core.

The core api have a module called action=expandtemplates, so there is no reason to have the special page in an extension.

How so? It'll make debugging templates easier, is all.

The "most difficult" thing about doing this would be working out how to move/merge the messages...

If the same key names are used, TWN will handle moving the messages (bug 52063 comment 4)
