Please set 'brwikimedia' to true in wgEnotifWatchlist at InitialiseSettings.php, as we would like[1] e-mail notifications for watchlist items to be allowed at br.wikimedia.org.

[1] http://br.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia:%C3%81gora/Emails_n%C3%A3o_s%C3%A3o_enviados_ap%C3%B3s_edi%C3%A7%C3%B5es_em_p%C3%A1ginas_que_marquei
