Examining the attached RSS entry, we see the link given,

http://radioscanningtw.jidanni.org/index.php?title=台南市消防局&diff=5438&oldid=prev

is in fact quite quite different than the contents. The correct link is

http://radioscanningtw.jidanni.org/index.php?title=台南市消防局&action=historysubmit&oldid=5423&diff=5438

Yes it is nice you compress multiple edits, however I do believe you must go further and ensure you have also made the link match the contents.
