iawiki has been attacked badly in the past days (as you can see here http://ia.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Modificationes_recente) and it's a pain for global sysops and stewards to clean it up. Having an abuse filter enabled would really, really help us.

I know that we have no community desicion yet, but this is urgent and there aren't many active users as well.
