Hello,

Could someone please open two new namespaces on zh.wiktionary.org? I think they
should be:

ns:16 Appendix (附录), and
ns:17 Appendix talk (附录讨论).

We use namespace numbers 100 and above for custom namespaces. Namespaces below 100 are reserved for MediaWiki core.
