Problems viewing preferences page on VEC Wikipedia

Description

For a long time the preferences page on VEC Wikipedia is displayed as shown in the following image: http://vec.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Preferenze_VEC.png

While in all the other Wikipedias, including the Italian one, the preferences page is displayed (correctly) as shown in this other image: http://vec.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Preferenze_IT.png

This is because you have all sorts of CSS rules for #preftoc in [[MediaWiki:Common.css]], which means they apply to all skins. If they were only intended to apply to Monobook, put them in [[MediaWiki:Monobook.css]].

Local problem, can be handled by local sysops. Doesn't need developers, so closing INVALID.
