Description:
The previous hebrew file, had the hebrew translation of wikipedia hardcoded into
the file instread of the {{SITENAME}} variable.
This version fixes the problem.

I've applied the patch, but there still seems to be hard coded namespaces in the
messages. You can refer to namespace using for example {{ns:4}} or
{{ns:project}} for the project namespace. For other namespaces it's not so
important, they only need to be in sync with the defined ones.

Only the project namespace and it's talk namespace depend on external variable,
and thus should use {{ns:project}} (or {{ns:project_talk}} equivalently)
