From [[WP:VPT]]: I use the Cologne Blue skin for WP. Yesterday, I think it was, the useless RATE THIS PAGE gibberish started appearing at the TOP of the page instead of the bottom, in all its real estate hogging glory. Where was the consensus for this?!? Or how does this bug get undone???

It was also present in Nostalgia, and actually also in Standard but for that skin an exception was made in the code, so I added CologneBlue and Nostalgia to the exception list...
