This is a bad idea IMO. We'll have to support more apps and "donation levels" are completely arbitrary. Right now there's no difference between someone who donates $5 and someone who donates $25. They're both valued donations and we don't want anyone to get the idea "Oh my donation wasn't good enough."
I support in-app donation, but it should be a single app to do it.
-1 on paid versions for donations. Look very awkward + dilute our search results. I'm sure the fundraising team would love us if we pile some more work on them :) :D
