JavaScript and CSS for CategoryTree is missing on WMF wikis

Description

The browser is trying to load the JavaScript and CSS for CategoryTree extension on WMF Wikis from "/w/extensions/CategoryTree/CategoryTree.js?6", but that gives a 403 Forbidden.

Please fix the path. Thanks.

Extension probably needs fixing to use $wgAssetsPath or ResourceLoader.

There was some action in trunk for the ResourceLoader: bug 29719/r98500

Until this is fixed, I would recommend to disable the affected extensions
