Does 2 people equal consensus?

That is a good question. There has been three active users on that page the last two months (since the question was brought up), where one has not said anything about this and two are positive.

After a request for more comments there was one neutral and one postitive, resulting in three positive and one neutral.

Let´s look at this from another angle. The list over active users on sv.wikinews has 7 users and 3 of them are bots (see [1]). So, statistically, if the bots are excluded, then out of the 4 active users, 3 support this proposal and one is neutral.
