ml.wikipedia doesn't seem to have a mobile main page set up. See [[m:Mobile_Projects/Mobile_Gateway#Mobile_homepage]] for instructions on how to make one.

Ahh, I see -- you're trying to use a separate page as the main page just for mobile? I don't think that fits into how the current system works; the main page data is extracted from MediaWiki's actual main page. Since MobileFrontend is part of MediaWiki, it doesn't have to be told where to find the main page -- it just uses the one it already knows about.

It's always been *expecting* to get your actual main page; it looks like setting it to load a different page was some sort of special hack on the old system where the mobile frontend was not part of MediaWiki.
