patch against trunk

Special:Contributions doesn't remember the change tag provided in the options form.

For example: go to http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/MrBlueSky, enter a random string as tag filter and click Search. The tag filter field is empty again.

This is due to SpecialContributions.php using 'tagFilter' (capital F) for the name of this option, while ChangeTags.php (and others) use 'tagfilter'.

Patch against trunk attached.

I wonder if we should just rename the textbox
