Hmm, that's an interesting one. I tried copying the page to a page in my user-space, but couldn't reproduce the issue.

Given that it's also reproducible logged in when doing https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lista_pa%C5%84stw_nieposiadaj%C4%85cych_si%C5%82_zbrojnych?stable=1 , maybe flagged revs related(?) I notice that the images not displaying have versions newer than when the article was flagged, and those that do display have the latest version uploaded from before the article was flagged. CC'ing Aarron as a flagged revs person.

It is FlaggedRevs and it affected only files from a file repo.

Sounds like what I fixed in r100211.

Deployed. ?action=purge will correct effected pages.
