Current behaviour

After clicking on buttons, WikiEditor's heading drop-down menu is shown behind textarea and other elements.

Steps to reproduce:

Edit a page.
Click on Advanced section.
Click on heading drop-down menu. It should appear.
Click few times on Advanced section (so the section of toolbar is hidden/shown multiple times).
Click on heading drop-down menu. It should not appear.

Version: 1.18.x
Severity: normal
OS: Linux
