Description:
Problem happened on upgrade from MW1.16.5 to MW18.

I downloaded the most recent version of DPL from the Semeb website (1.8.9).

The error is:

Fatal error: Call to a member function addMessages() on a non-object in xxxxxx/extensions/DynamicPageList/DPLSetup.php on line 1163

Any page which has {{#dpl:...}} or <dpl></dpl> crashes in this way. Other pages are fine.

rm target milestone of WMF 1.19 deployment. This is a third party extension not used by wmf, and furthermore the version in our svn doesn't seem to have this issue.

lowering priority for non-wmf issue
