Language::formatSize()/formatBitrate() should be able to deal with larger numbers (tera-yotta)

Description

Can we add tera, peta, exa, zeta and yotta?

In that regard, formatBitrate looks a lot nicer code... And It would seem one could just add Tbps to add tera...

I could see usages like Ryan is using with the SMW stuff on labs, having TBs of free or overall storage etc

All done, and tests written too. formatSize was refactored
