Opening the link editor should automatically expand selection to linked text

Description

(Mac:) Command-K does not open a window with the link target editor unless there is text selected. It should open anyway while the cursor is inside a link.

Auto-selecting the range of the link when clicking the link button (or pressing command+k) is a great feature request.
