Using Ctrl+Shift-{Home,End} the selection should be expanded to the beginning/end of the document.

This is achieved in the new codebase through Shift-{Home,End} - is this appropriate behaviour? To bring up at triage.

Mass-move out of "General" to "ContentEditable".
