Contributions of a renamed users remain on old account on pt.wiki

Description

Hi. About 16 days ago, an user was renamed on pt.wiki. However, some of his edits still belong to the old user name.

Old user name: //pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:Contribui%C3%A7%C3%B5es/Lucas_Br%C3%ADgido

New user name: //pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:Contribui%C3%A7%C3%B5es/Lucas_Secret

Rename request: //pt.wikipedia.org/?oldid=28536177#Lucas_Br.C3.ADgido_.E2.86.92_Lucas_Secret

Rename log: //pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial%3ARegisto&type=renameuser&user=&page=user%3ALucas+Br%C3%ADgido&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=

This same problem already happened once on pt.wiki and was related here on bug 30895. Maybe we are having some problem when renaming accounts with a large number of edits. Thanks in advance.
