Please create a new mailing list named wikipedia-bn-help for the helpers to help out the help seekers. Since bn does not have an OTRS queue right now, the list would be a best solution. :-)

You can make me (wikitanvir at gmail dot com) the primary list admin, I will assign more once we get the list.
