Have you tried from a different connection like a library or internet cafe?

Yes I have tried from other connections. Over there it seems to be working fine.

I have done all the computer and internet stuff you said above. Different computer different connection, same computer different connection and also different browsers.

And this telnet thing is not working. I tried using the steps that were given on the website you stated above.

As I said - I guessed it will not help.

Opera Turbo did not work (although I had guessed it will... )

However, problem "resolved" now: HTTPS works - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page works. Maybe there is someone intercepting http ;)

Heh. Not really a big issue then if HTTPS works fine :)
