Needs doing when we branch 1.19wmf1
Not actually that much to do, just don't attempt to select the column, and don't attempt to insert a value for rev_sha1
Most of the rest of the code is reasonably sane that it'll just carry on and mark it as not having been calculated (ie ''), as it's output in very few places

I might just end up doing this after branching as part of the pre deployment prep.
Likely to branch on Friday and then can get the files onto fenari (cause copying to the NFS home directory won't be a quick process this time either), and the initial copy scapped out in an idle state

For what it's worth, it should only be important to get this done by the time we deploy to enwiki, since that's where we have the biggest problem. So, this shouldn't block our deployment to test2, for example.
